Computed Tomography, or CT Scan is a diagnostic medical test that helps physicians diagnose various medical conditions.
A CT scanner uses x-rays to create cross-sectional images that a computer can reformat into multiple planes.
A CT scan can be used for many different body parts, and typically provides more detail than conventional x-rays.

To prepare for the exam, please call our office for specific instructions. Most exams require a four hour fast. Please inform us of any allergies or diabetic medications you are taking, since certain medications may need to be held prior to the exam.
